You...are His...

John 10:4-6 New International Version (NIV)

4 When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. 5 But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger’s voice.” 6 Jesus used this figure of speech, but the Pharisees did not understand what he was telling them.

Tuesday - May 5 - Read John 10:4-6 When you were baptized Jesus claimed you as his own (if you are not baptized I would love to talk to you about it!). No one can ever change that. Nothing anyone does, including you, will ever make a difference in the way God sees you. But people will try. There will be times when even your heart will attempt to deceive you. Run from those voices. Those voices may sound like a parent who you can never please or a friend who betrayed you. You might have a low crop yield and think that God has abandoned you.
